If so, you just may be the person Brigg Heritage Centre needs you...

 

Volunteers (Heritage Angels) are integral to Brigg Heritage Centre's success. Individuals 18+ and beyond!

 

Volunteers support us with their enthusiasm, experience, knowledge and range of skills they have. Many go on to develop new interests and new skills while volunteering with us.

 

If you are interested and willing to give us a little of your time to support your community, please do not hesitate to make contact.

 

Terms and conditions do apply... You will need to adhere to our operational guidelines, policies and procedures and master the fundamentals of being a volunteer in a museum environment - interacting with the general public to promote the activities, events and fundraising efforts of the Ancholme Valley Heritage Trust.

The Ancholme Valley Heritage Trust is a charity with one permanent full-time member of staff, supported by dedicated trustees and volunteers who run the Brigg Heritage Centre. Your time, help and support is vital to our future sustainability.

Young Volunteers: 
 

At Brigg Heritage Centre, we also welcome students, looking for experience in an environment where they can extend their communication skills by greeting members of the public. 

 

A flair for tourism, art, design and interacting with adults and children could gained in an heritage setting could enhance future studies, college careers and beyond!

Matthew Glover is a long-standing Volunteer at BHC:   

 

  • Matthew volunteers twice a week.
     

  • He was the recipient of an Ian McPherson Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Community (via Volunteer Action North Lincolnshire).
     

  • Volunteer since 2012.
