
Our Education Packages (AY 25-26)...
PACKAGE 1: FULL DAY - £8.00 per child (AY25-26)
Children are split into 3 core groups:
• 10:00 to 11:10 - Session 1
• 11:10 to 12:20 - Session 2
• 12:20 to 12:50 - Lunch 'Picnic-style' (B.Y.O. lunch)
• 12:50 to 14:00 - Session 3
Each core croup will be split into activity-led sub groups, so that each child has the opportunity to get fully immersed in the experience!

With a dedicated education team, lead by Chris Robinson, to deliver curriculum links to history - A 'RAFT' of adventure awaits at Brigg's No.1 Heritage Destination!

PACKAGE 2: AM or PM - £6.50 per child (AY25-26)
Children are split into groups according to size:
• 09:45 to 11:45 - AM Session (2 hrs)
or
• 12:30 - 14:45 - PM Session (2 hrs)

The Science Bit...

If you are travelling by coach transfer, please arrive by 9:45am at the Cary Lane terminus. You will be greeted and escorted to Brigg Heritage Centre, where the children can leave their coats, bags and packed lunches in Gallery 2 (picnic lunch area).

At the beginning of any school visit - our edu-lead will provide a whole introduction (including health & safety information) and introduce the edu-rollout team.

Please note: OUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY 36 Children:
FULL-DAY Package: Children will be split into 3 core groups, who will then rotate to 3 challenge/education stations. AM / PM Package: Groups will be split according to size of attending children and activities requested. Please refer to the specific packages for the schedules.

Lunch area is provided in Gallery 2, 'picnic style'. Children must be supervised by school representatives (during lunch and toilet breaks). Please be respectful that the designated lunch area is museum gallery space and that any spillages are reported immediately.

It is a requirement that at least 1 adult from the school will be there to supervise each core group, escort children to use the toilet facilities, and deal with any disciplinary situation which may occur during the visit.

All 'made' works must be collected and taken at the end of the school visit. Unfortunately we cannot save or store any takeaway projects.

At the end of the school visit - please make your way out of the building respectfully. The Angel Building is the home to other businesses as well as Brigg Heritage Centre. If you have travelled in by coach - the school representatives are responsible to coordinate collection from the Cary Lane terminus.
Please note that the contents and fees of the Education/Schools visit is subject to change and review in accordance with academic years.
Fees align with similar organisation educational delivery and have been set in accordance with consultation with North Lincolnshire Museum Services/Education.
