More ‘Lost Heritage Crafts’ Workshops coming to the Heritage Centre
Brigg Heritage Centre’s fun and exciting programme of introductory courses in ‘Lost Heritage Crafts’ is well under way, with workshops in calligraphy, weaving, felting and watercolour painting having already proved very popular.
Thanks to the generosity of a grant from the Brigg Biomass Plant, people have the chance to try new crafts or hobbies, learn new skills and make friends along the way. In a very relaxed atmosphere, participants receive support from a skilled team of volunteers and each course is designed so that they take away the fruits of their endeavours at the end of the day.
New courses are coming on stream on a regular basis. In addition to repeat workshops in those topics already covered, watch out for new start-ups in rug making, creative writing and more.
Prices are at typically just £20 for four week courses of two-hour sessions per week (including all materials).
So why not call in at the Centre for more information or contact us now on 01724 296771 or at firstname.lastname@example.org and get your creative juices flowing!
